
Cosori is rushing to fix its online reorder form after a recall of two million air fryers that pose burn and fire risks for consumers.
Cosori on Thursday responded to Twitter complaints that the recall registration form to get a replacement item was being adjusted: “kindly try registering later today or tomorrow,” the company said. Complaints about the form also filled comments on its Facebook page. Cosori earlier that day recalled the potentially faulty kitchen appliances that were sold in the US at major retailers including Target Corp., Amazon.com Inc. and Home Depot Inc. In addition, about 250,000 were sold in Canada and 21,000 in Mexico.
